Pesto

Ingredients

A large handful of basil leaves

25g pine nuts

25g grated parmesan

2 garlic cloves

Olive oil

 

Method

1. Place all the ingredients, without the olive oil, along with sea salt flakes and black pepper in a food processor. Start to blitz the ingredients together and slowly add a good few tbsps of oil, until the mix reaches the required consistency.
