1 pack of good quality chipolatas
2 tbsp) runny honey
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
Preheat the oven to 190C/fan 170C.
Place the honey, hoisin sauce and sesame seeds in a large shallow bowl and mix to combine.
Twist each chipolata in the middle and cut in half, add the to the sticky mixture, mix to coat the sausages.
Tip the sausages and the sauce into a roasting tin and cook for 30 mins, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot, and you may want to double this recipe, it always goes down a storm in our house!
